Goat Yoga

Join us on the Farm for a 1-hour session of Goat Yoga featuring our herd of friendly baby goats

JUN

12

Kid goats are naturally curious and playful and love to climb on anyone and anything. This class is designed for all levels (including beginners) and focuses on deepening our connection to nature, nurturing communications with animals, and fostering mindfulness, breath, and meditation in a gorgeous setting with some sweet and cuddly assistants.

Classes will be led by Alaina of Inner Heat Yoga and include 1-hour of gentle yoga, followed by a 30-min meet and greet where you can snuggle and pet the goats.

While this may not be the most meditative and relaxing yoga class -- it will surely be the most memorable!

Classes will take place outdoors on the grass. Bring your own mat, blanket, or towel, but be prepared for the goats to investigate and potentially taste everything. Advance registration required.

Because space is limited we are not able to provide refunds. If you cannot join us, you may send someone in your place. In the event of rain, the session will be rescheduled.
