What We Offer…

The North Barn

With water views and a seating capacity of 250 for dinner, this majestic barn opens onto Farmhouse Square and is surrounded by eight historic buildings.
Patio

Located outside of the North Barn, our stone patio features a shaded pergola, low cocktail tables, Adirondack chairs, and two fire pits with seating for 90 people.
Thirsty Goat

Our full-service bar welcomes guests with farm-to-table cocktails, and six taps featuring Vermont craft beer, wine, and cider. Outdoor bar available.
Hay Loft

Get early access to the Farm to do your hair and makeup on-site in the Hay Loft, featuring full length mirrors, air-conditioning and adjoining Lounge.
The Lounge

Just outside the Hay Loft, the Lounge is the perfect place to relax before the ceremony and can be used as a private escape during the reception.
Farmhouse Square

Our largest and most central space, Farmhouse Square, is surrounded by nine historic barns and can host groups of up to 500 people. Featuring our Bandshell, Play Tractor, and Goat Playground, the Square is the perfect location for a fun and festive celebration with friends and family.
Overlook Meadow

Perched above our pastures with farmstead and mountain views, Overlook Meadow is a picturesque location for your outdoor ceremony of up to 500 people.
Bandstand

Nestled in the corner of the Square, the Bandstand provides the perfect stage for outdoor entertainment or shade for your ceremony or cocktail hour.

The Fiddlehead

Tucked into the woods, this plot of sculpted earth creates an intimate arena for elopements and small receptions.
Terrace

Located next to the North Barn, the Terrace is a perfect location to host your tented ceremony, welcome reception, or brunch.
The Landing

With firepits, adirondack chairs, and bistro string lights, The Landing is a perfect space for your cocktail or welcome reception.

Hand-crafted farm tables and wooden banquet chairs for up to 250 guests. High and low-top cocktail tables, Adirondack chairs, two fire pits, and outside bar.

What’s Included

Exclusive Use of the Venue: From 10am to 10pm on the day of your event. Plus arrive as early as 8am for hair and makeup in the Hay Loft. Option to extend evening until 11pm or 12 midnight available.

Two wedding suites.

Climate-controlled barn and getting ready spaces.

Ample private restrooms.

Lighted Parking Lot: Includes 100 spaces, plus four accessible parking spaces and parking attendant to direct guests as needed.

Sound & Entertainment: Indoor stage, seasonal outdoor stage, plus integrated sound system with speakers in the barn and on the patio.

Lawn Games: Including two corn hole sets, oversized jenga, bucket ball, and more.

Furniture: Hand-crafted farm tables and wooden banquet chairs for up to 250 guests. High and low-top cocktail tables, Adirondack chairs, two fire pits, and outside bar.
