Like Farm Aid and Live Aid before it, Orchard Aid will harness the power of music and community to support local orchards
OCT
1
Come out and support your local fruit growers while enjoying some spectacular local music and food!
This past May 18th, all local orchards lost virtually their entire apple and fruit crop to a severe freeze. All ticket sales from the concert event will directly support 5 local orchards impacted by the frost: Scott Farm, Green Mountain Orchards, Dwight Miller & Son Orchard, Dutton Berry Farm, and Harlow's Sugar House. By banding together, the event will provide a fun, family-friendly opportunity to support these farmers and their value to the local economy and food system.
The talented and renowned local music lineup includes:
1pm: Vermont Timbre
1:30: Hazelnuts
2:15: Slow Pony
3:00: Madame Sherri's Bathwater Guzzlers
3:30: Pete Bernhard (of The Devil Makes Three)
4:15: Zara Bode and Stefan Amidon (of Little Big Band)
5:00: Peter Siegel & Friends (of Gaslight Tinkers)
5:45: Jatoba
Local food trucks and exclusive merch will add to the flavor and make for a fun-filled, can’t miss event.
This is an outdoor event. Picnic tables are available, but we recommend bringing your own blanket or chair. No outside food and beverages are permitted. Service dogs are welcome.
