Dosa Kitchen
South Indian soul food made with Vermont fresh ingredients.
Be sure to put a dosa on your bucket list, because HuffPost ranked the classic Masala Dosa as one of “10 Foods to Try Around the World Before You Die” and is one of CNN's “World’s 50 Best Foods.”
Jamaican Jewelz
The taste of Jamaica fused with Vermont will leave you wanting more.
From Maple Jerk Chicken to traditional Jamaican Brown Stew, Chef Jewelz began cooking alongside her grandmother at the age of nine. Jewelz immigrated from Jamaica and settled in Vermont over ten years ago proudly bringing her roots and traditions.
