Frequently Asked Questions
Why tickets? Retreat Farm’s lands, waters, and trails are free and open to the public every day from dawn to dusk. As a nonprofit, we rely on ticket revenue and donations to offset the costs of Food Truck Roundup and provide a vital gathering space and natural resource for the community. Thank you for helping to make Retreat Farm a resource for all.
Is a ticket required? Yes. Limited walk-up tickets will be available each week, but due to the Roundup’s popularity, advance purchase is strongly encouraged.
What types of tickets are available? Tickets are $5 for adults and free for children under 12. Roundup regulars are encouraged to purchase a Season Pass, available for families ($120), couples ($60), and individuals ($30).
Is there a free ticket option? Yes! Thanks to support from Brattleboro Savings & Loan and Park Place Financial Advisors, the Free Ticket Fund provides free tickets to families who need them—no questions asked. Simply purchase a free ticket or season pass using the coupon code on the ticket page.
Why give proceeds to other nonprofit organizations? So much of our community is driven by the nonprofit sector. The Collective Impact Program is a chance to amplify the good work of local nonprofits and showcase how our work intersects with dozens of nonprofits in the community.
For us, it’s important to elevate the collective impact of the larger nonprofit community and share resources and support where possible.
Are dogs allowed? Dogs are not permitted at the Roundup for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Service dogs individually trained to work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are welcome.
